CEMSPL is dedicated to striving for maintaining the balance in the natural ecosystem by taking care of the hazardous waste from various industrial segments like Food Processing, Wooden waste, Pharmaceuticals, Fertilizers, Dyes & Pigments manufacturers, Chemicals, Textile, Municipal Corporations and many more. The total capacity of the plant is 500 MT/day.

The various types of waste collected are Residue waste, Wood waste, Rubber waste, Plastic waste, ETP waste, Cosmetic waste, Textile waste, Used oil & grease, Agro & Food waste, Paint waste, Expired health products, Fly ash & Bottom ash and many more

These wastes are collected in our specialized trucks and transported to our facility where they are stored in specially designed tanks. The inner walls of these storage tanks are aligned with nitrogen blanketing to avoid any vapour escaping into the atmosphere.

The waste materials are blended initially to maintain homogeneity. If the calorific value of the recovered material is as per industry requirements then it is sent to the industries for co-processing where they can be used as alternate fuel in place of conventional fuels like coal.
